UNACO is a Danish app where people find small, genuine activities near them: quizzes, padel, board games, walks. The app is new, and you are in from the start. That is why everything is free while the app is in beta, and should that ever change, we will give plenty of notice. Your guests never pay for the app.
How it works
You say yes. We do the rest.

Say yes
Write to us, or say yes when we call. You send us the time, the place and the number of spots for your regular activities. In beta we post them for you, so it costs you neither time nor money.

People sign up
Signing up is binding, with a fixed number of spots — not a “maybe” button. You can see at all times how many are coming, and who. You set age limits yourself where that makes sense, for example 18+ in a bar.

They show up
Every activity has a group chat, so the last details sort themselves out. And if it went well, you repeat the activity with two taps the week after.
The rule
An activity, not an advert
UNACO is not a billboard, and that is why it works: people open the app because everything in it can be joined and shown up to. That protects you too, because your activities never sit next to noise.

What works
“Quiz table for 6”, “group training, 8 spots”, “bingo with 20 spots”. Something a human being can say yes to and turn up for.

What we say no to
“Open house, drop by” and “20% off draught beer today”. Those are adverts, and they belong elsewhere. We approve every host manually, and that is your quality mark too.

Your own price is yours
If the activity costs something with you — entry, court hire or a quiz fee — the price is shown on the activity before people sign up. The money is yours; we do not take a cut.

Participants are people, not leads
As a host you see the participant list, so you know who is coming. It must not be used for marketing. That is in the terms, and it is part of the deal.

Associations are just as welcome
The running club, the board game club, the sports association. A CVR number is not a requirement for taking part.

Free in beta
Everything is free while the app is in beta. If a price ever arrives, we will give plenty of notice, and your guests never pay for the app.
Questions
What hosts usually ask
What does it cost?
Nothing while the app is in beta, and there is no commitment. Should a price for hosts ever arrive, we will give plenty of notice, so that you can take a view in your own time. Participants never pay for the app.
What do we have to do ourselves?
As little as you like. In beta we are happy to post your regular activities for you: you just send the time, the place and the number of spots. If you would rather do it yourself, you create an organisation directly in the app, and once we have approved you, you create activities in the organisation’s name.
Can people see that it is us behind it?
Yes. An approved organisation has its own page in the app, and your activities carry a host badge with your name, both in the overview and on the activity itself.
How many people will turn up?
The honest answer: the app is new, so we promise no numbers. What we do promise is that it costs you nothing to find out. Sign-ups are binding and carry a name, so you always know exactly how many have said yes, and you set the ceiling yourself.
Can we set an age limit?
Yes. You set a minimum age on the individual activity, for example 25+ for a wine tasting. All users in UNACO are at least 18 to begin with.
What about the participants’ data?
You see the participant list for your own activities, so you know who is coming. It must not be used for marketing, and we sell no data, neither yours nor the participants’.
